Add a new completion style `substring'.
* minibuffer.el (completion-basic--pattern): New function.
(completion-basic-try-completion, completion-basic-all-completions): Use it.
(completion-substring--all-completions)
(completion-substring-try-completion)
(completion-substring-all-completions): New functions.
(completion-styles-alist): New style `substring'.
